  19.    <p class="Paragraph">The review function is available in <help:productname xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">%PRODUCTNAME</help:productname> for text documents and spreadsheet documents. Not all changes are recorded (for example, the changing of a tab stop from align left to align right is not recorded). However, all usual changes made by a proofreader are recorded, such as additions, deletions, text alterations, usual formatting etc.</p>

  33.    <p class="Paragraph">Changes in a spreadsheet document are highlighted by a border around the cells; when you point to the cell you can see more detailed information on this change in the Help Tips.</p>
  34.    <p class="Paragraph"><help:key-word value="Entering comments on changes" tag="kw67923_3" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/>You can enter a comment on each marked change by placing the cursor in the area of the change and then choosing <span class="T1">Edit - Changes - Comment...</span>. In addition to Extended Tips, the comment is also displayed in the list in the <help:link Id="65877" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"><span class="T1">Accept or Reject Changes</span></help:link> dialog.</p>
  35.    <p class="Paragraph">To stop recording changes, choose <span class="T1">Edit - Changes - Record</span> again. The check mark is removed and you can now save the document and return it to the person who asked for the changes.</p>
  36.    <p class="Paragraph"><help:key-word value="red lines; in margins" tag="kw67923_2" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/>In a text document, you can highlight all lines which you have changed with an additional marking. This can be in the form of a red line in the margin, for example.</p>
  37.    <p class="Paragraph">You can select the type of additional selection under <span class="T1">Tools - Options... - Text Document</span> on the <help:link Id="66257" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"><span class="T1">Changes</span></help:link> tab or under <span class="T1">Tools - Options - Spreadsheet</span> on the <help:link Id="66244" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"><span class="T1">Changes</span></help:link> tab. Here you can determine how and in what color the changes should be flagged, where on the page the dash should be and so forth.</p>
